Color bathing is one method of bringing color into the body. Choose the color which matches the desired qualities. Add some Epsom salts (for detoxification) and natural food coloring (for color effects) to a warm water bath. Soak up to 30 minutes to allow the body to absorb the healing energies of the color vibrations.
