Found that changes in the concentration of reducing agent NaBH, the bath of electroless CoFeB concentration on the deposition rate, composition, structure and magnetic properties can have a significant impact. With NaBH concentration, deposition rate first increased then decreased, CoFeB thin film structure from amorphous into crystalline state; Co, Fe precipitation decline, increasing the amount of precipitation B; reduced saturation magnetization, coercivity H decreased. CoFeB amorphous thin films of magnetic sources is due to exchange interaction between neighboring atoms and the local magnetic anisotropy determined by this short-range order. References: [1] OsakaT.
