Then a colorant is directly applied to the concrete mix allowing it to settle in the surface with a 1/8 thick dimension. Color hardener makes the colorant adhere well to the concrete surface. Once the color hardener is applied the color release agent powder is spread onto the whole mixture before placing the stamping mats. Release agents bring about the design from the stamping mats. Hues which are a shade or two darker from the colorant is the perfect color choice for release agents for the illusion of depth on the concrete surface. <br />The design should be carefully imprinted on the surface with the help of the stamping mats. Once it is carefully laid down and dry, stamping mats should be removed to fully leave the surface to treat.
