The basic pizza dough in Pizza and Flatbreads is accustomed to make grilled editions of prestigious pizzas and inspired focacchina. The Fish, Poultry and Meat recipes scope from light and uncomplicated (Shrimp Rosemary cooked on skewers) to extra complex and hearty (Spit-Roasted Prime Rib). The Vegetable segment provides inspiration for grilled veggies beyond peppers and onions, such Waxy Potatoes in Chianti Vinegar and Corn as Italians Would Eat It. Many of the antipasti, pizza and vegetable recipes are vegetarian-friendly, making them ideal for entertaining. Unfortunately there is not a partition for Dolce (desserts) but the options for grilled desserts may have been somewhat limited. Perhaps a partition of simple desserts that would be a nice mate for the grilled recipes presented would have been a nice counting to the paperback. While some of the ingredients cried for are somewhat obscure, a account of Resources at the end of the writing is helpful for mandating uncommon ingredients by mail, particularly those who dont live near a well-stocked Italian mart.
