Families may also opt to take in one or two final sites on the trolley tour to complete the visit. <br />Boston's History in Toddler-sized Helpings <br />Families with toddlers traveling to Boston for a weekend will find a number of child-oriented things to do including the New England Aquarium, the Boston Children's Museum, and the Public Garden's Swan Boats and <span style="font-style: italic">Make Way For Ducklings</span> statues. But many parents may be unwilling to completely ignore the historical and cultural opportunities the city has to offer. Families can experience the best of both worlds by hitting those sites that provide something for everyone. <br />Following lunch, and a possible nap on the trolley for youngsters, transfer to the Seaport Tour at Long Wharf and head to the Boston Tea Party Ships and Museum or the Boston Children's Museum to complete the day's activities. An evening enjoying the child-friendly Cheers bar and restaurant (Dinner from $10) and visiting the Make Way For Ducklings statues across the street in the Public Garden caps off the day. <br />Getting to Know Child-friendly Boston <br />On Saturday morning, families should not pass up the opportunity to experience a fun mode of travel with one of the many trolley tours of Boston. There are a number of companies offering the tours &ndash; Old Town Trolleys is great and discount tickets ($33 for adults) can be purchased online. The guides provide entertaining insight for each of the sites on the tour and parents with young children can explore on their own schedule. The tour includes unlimited rides throughout the day (the second day is free with Old Town Trolleys), a free tour of Boston Harbor and entrance into the Old Statehouse Museum. The trolleys are also a great place to sit with tired children without missing the chance to sightsee. <br />There are a number of child-friendly historical sites on the trolley tour routes. Paul Revere's House is a great place to stop with children since it won't take long to wander through the four rooms (two up and two down). No strollers are allowed, so be prepared to carry babies or have adults tag-team with one remaining outside in the garden area. The USS Constitution is another fun stop where kids can experience the daily life of a sailor. "Hands-on History" reigns at the Old State House allowing children to see behind the facade, play with foam bricks to recreate the walls of the building and meet the Statehouse Mouse. After visiting the Old Statehouse, families can take a quick walk over to Quincy Market for a lunch selection that will please the entire family. <br />Upon arrival on Friday evening <a href="http://www.cheapkicks2011.com/nike_air_jordan/air_jordan_13_xiii" target="_blank">jordans 13</a>, call ahead to Ristorante Seraceno (Dinner from $15) in Boston's historic North End to make a reservation for a family table, which may end up being in its own room with aquarium T.V. in this multi-level restaurant.
