Her people put on oxygen masks and blow the sealed doors. <br />Unexplained Body-Disintegrating Force Kills Alliance and Stumps Destiny Crew <br />Fighting Aboard SGU's Destiny Kills and Injures Creating Questions of Survival <br />The last episode left Dr. Rush (Robert Carlyle) in the traitor's body as a prisoner of the Lucian Alliance&rsquo;s Commander Kiva (Rhona Mitra). The first part of the two-part finale begins with Colonel Everett Young&rsquo;s (Louis Ferreira) extreme measures to excise the brainwashing hold on Col. David Telford (Lou Diamond Phillips) by sealing him in a compartment and venting the life support. <br />Young contacts General O&rsquo;Neill (Richard Dean Anderson guest stars as a three-star head of Home World Security) using the comm-stones. O&rsquo;Neill assigns Colonel Sam Carter (guest star Amanda Tapping of SG-1 and Sanctuary) command of the George Hammond (named for the first general at SGC TV series played by the late Don S. Davis) to stop the Icarus Base intrusion by the Lucian Alliance. They are unsuccessful. The planet blows up as a result of the Alliance&rsquo; use of the stargate&rsquo;s ninth chevron, which needs energy from the highly unstable nequadria. Loss of many is incurred on both sides. <br />Eli Wallace (David Blue) and Chloe Armstrong (Elyse Levesque) hide, then run from the invaders. Eli conceals them in an elevator, but not before Chloe is shot. Eli slows the bleeding by applying a belt-tourniquet and pressure. The elevator transports them to an unfamiliar part of the ship. Life support is not replenishing there. <br />It&rsquo;s a tense beginning. There is no assurance that Rush or Telford will survive the killing. Telford dies but they act quickly and revive him. His death destroys the Lucian Alliance&rsquo;s brainwashing hold over him. His frail words are to warn of danger to Destiny. The Lucian Alliance plans to invade. <br />The Alliance,<a href="http://www.nikejordanshoes.cc/air-jordan-1-1/" target="_blank">Air Jordan 1</a>, under Kiva (Rhona Mitra of <span style="font-style: italic">Nip/Tuck</span>) and her minions, assisted by Varro (Mike Dopud) gain access to the Gate room. Young&rsquo;s plan is to vent the atmosphere. However, when they bring Telford with the Rush consciousness, he decides not to kill them in order to save Telford and Rush. He hopes Telford is no longer a traitor. The wormhole disconnects the comm-stones and the mind of Rush returns to his body. <br />The darker themes surface again in SGU&rsquo;s “Incursion” as the Destiny crew defend against the Lucian Alliance&rsquo;s assault on the gate room via the Icarus Base stargate. <br />SGU's Finale Begins With the Tension and Turmoil Facing a Traitor's Selling Them Out <br />Young, Dr. Camille Wray (Ming-Na) and Lt. Matthew Scott (Brian J. Smith) strategize a way to make peace.
