HOLUX M-241生成的TRL&#2599

TRL文件的格式如下：
1、每16个字节代表一个点的数据。
2、0－3字节代表时间距离1970年1月1日0时0分0秒的秒数，低位在前。（UTC）
3、4－7字节代表纬度，格式为32位标准浮点数存储格式,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych]，负数代表南纬。
4、8－11字节代表经度,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych]，格式为32位标准浮点数存储格式,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych]，负数代表西经。
5、12－14字节代表高度，格式为32位标准浮点数存储格式，去掉最低的一个字节。*
6、15字节为前15个字节的CRC8校验码。
