韩正：按部署做好房产税改革试点准备
上海市市长韩正1月16日指出，今年上海要全面推进住房保障体系建设，并按照国家部署做好房产税改革试点各项准备工作。韩正是在上海市第十三届人民代表大会第四次会议上的政府工作报告中作出上述表示的。他在报告中说，要坚持以居住为主、以市民消费为主、以普通商品住房为主，加强房地产市场调控，按照国家部署做好房产税改革试点各项准备工作，抑制投资投机性需求，促进房地产市场平稳健康发展。韩正表示，今年要全面推进廉租住房、经济适用住房、公共租赁住房和动迁安置房“四位一体”的住房保障体系建设。新开工建设和筹措保障性住房1500万平方米、22万套（间），供应1150万平方米、17万套（间）左右。此外，要继续扩大廉租住房受益面，增加实物配租数量，实现廉租对象应保尽保。全面推进中心城区和部分郊区经济适用住房申请供应工作，进一步放宽申请准入标准,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych]。
