Perez gave up one leadoff homer and we thought we were in for another long night. Uncharacteristically,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], Perez kept it together and pitched one solid 6 innings only giving up 2 runs. their pitch count was good and they only gave up 4 hits and 1 walk. That was very positive.
