莲子的5种吃法:
最懒惰的吃法:莲子粥

最家常的吃法:冰糖莲子
将莲子50克洗净浸泡吸水,加入冰糖上笼蒸,然后回锅再炖浓后食用。

最养颜的吃法:大枣莲子粥
莲子30克,红枣10枚去核,粳米或糯米60克,共入锅中煮粥,食时加适量白糖,爽口又补铁。
最安全的保胎吃法:蛋黄莲子羹
莲子洗净后加水煮,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych],大火开后转小火煮约20分钟,加冰糖少许。将蛋去壳放入碗中,将蛋黄挖出,放入莲子汤煮滚一下即可食用。养心除烦,安神固胎。
最健康的夏日零食:莲子茯苓糕
莲子肉、茯苓各一份,白糖、桂花适量。先将莲子肉、茯苓研成粉状,加入白糖、桂花适量后拌匀,以水和面,上笼蒸成糕即可。
莲子心:莲子心是莲子中央的青绿色胚芽,味苦,有清热、固精、安神、强心的功效。将莲子心2克用开水浸泡后饮用,可治疗高烧引起的烦躁不安、神志不清和梦遗滑精等症。也用于治疗高血压、心悸和失眠。
特别提示:莲子纵然有千般好处,也非人人皆宜,例如那些常常便秘的人就不太适合吃莲子
