Is anybody surprised at the results of the Iowa caucus? The 2 winners - Democrat Barack Obama and Republican Mike Huckabee - offered a platform that was clearly another from the other contenders. The voters took memorandum. It is no longer "politics consist in ..." in this 2008 presidential election. There is immediately no doubt that the American people want a real change.
This presidential campaign is no longer an ethnicity, religious or gender issue - it's an authenticity issue. Obama and Huckabee won because buyers and voters are demanding authenticity, something they see in Obama and Huckabee.
How do you blot an genuine politician? They talk as much from the heart as from the pate. They share their words with passion and touch the hearts of Americans of always races, gender and ages. Authentic politicians come across as real people - people who have shared the same skirmishes as maximum of us. Their words stream in such a direction namely they are believable, loyal and trustworthy. They attempt fresh viewpoints apt problems that have grown age and tiresome as most of us. They exude honesty and enthusiasm and they influence us.
Society is production a major shift to authenticity. Mark my words: the 21st centenary is working to see an authenticity revolution. The word "authenticity" is starting to come up very frequently in this political war. In past annuals, we haven't been as adamant approximately being authentic. We have put up with fakes and phonies in many arenas. We constantly don't know which political nominees to believe; we are confused about the validity of advertisements and commercials; we get unwanted phone phones from robotic voices; edible is processed into an unnatural state; and counterfeit artwork, wallets and jewelry teem. Likewise, most of the current presidential candidates seem to characterize the status quo. They have the experience of how things have been done in the past, and it appears cozy for them to persist with the same game maneuver. Yet many of us have difficulty interlocking with their essence information. They simply want to retain the current state of happenings albeit with delicate revisions. But voters aren't purchasing it.
Iowa's voting brought out young voters in record numbers. Young people appear to have the ability to spot the inauthentic and gravitate toward that which namely authentic. Remember when you were younger and wanted to discern assured change? Here's an opportunity to take a stand for authenticity and a hereafter America that residences the absences of its bulk rather than the few who seem to control the status quo. It's time to tell politicians to obtain real.
