中老年人简便易行柔韧性练习法,健尔马足疗机

  具体练习方法:
  腕部 1.两手手指交叉手心向外,做压指压腕的动作,充分向前、向上伸展或有节奏地振压。2.握拳、张开,反复练习;手腕屈伸、绕环。3.用左手掌心压右手四指,连续推压,两手交替。
  肩部 1.单人健身锻炼时可以寻找一个稳定的支持物,面对支持物,手扶一定高度,上体前俯,做向下振动压肩动作。2.两人或多人锻炼时,健尔马足疗机,两人面对面站立,互相扶按肩部,做身体前屈的振动压肩动作,水宜生水杯官网。
