The SearchLogix Group's Research Department utilizes job boards. Job boards, such for Monster, can be quite serviceable. The "faultless" candidate is not found on a job embark; however, we about always find something who could potentially "guide" us to a candidate who might be. The SearchLogix Group uses job boards as different tool for mansion relationships to join to new human.
Our Internet Research Team spends hours digging through bags,0 of candidates who have chosen to post their resumes on job boards. Here are a few things our group looks for initially before a call is placed to enable candidates found on a job board:
