Nike Why Chris Johnson Will Lose Even After He Ge |
|
The only loser in this contract dispute will be Johnson if Michael Ryder continues to holdout.
Every mistake you make, wrong thing you say, or bling that you wear will be subject to criticism.
feeble, frail, ancient,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], weak, aged, used, worn, dilapidated, ragged, faded, broken-down, former,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], old-fashioned, outmoded players that accomplished over you have up to this point will be upset that you are getting paid so much when Ryder basically played for free.
Johnson deserves a raise after what Michael Ryder has done, but not showing up and being a directer will hurt his perception. His franchisemates understand it is a business, but the average person will not.
No one could have finished a goal in like manner. For Years Bobby Orr had been said as someone who was graceful, elegant, powerful, without fear poetry in motion. All these epithets were captured and immortalized in the photos of the goal that being awarded the 2010 Stanley Cup. Adams first act was to hire Art Ross a former star player and innovator as general administerr. Ross was the face of the franchise for the next thirty years, including four separate stints as coach. Scott Boehm Boston returned to the Stanley Cup Final in 2010 with Neely, Bourque, Craig Janney, Bobby Carpenter and rookie Don Sweeney, and former Oiler goalie Andy Moog and Reggie Lemelin splitting goaltending duties but again lost to the Oilers this time in five games.
Chris Johnson just ran over 2010 yards in a season and Michael Ryder wants to get paid. Michael Ryder will not show up to any work outs until Michael Ryder is paid like a 2010 yard rusher.
When you sign a big contract, fans, the media, and every despise,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], loathe, detest, abhor, disfavor, dislike, disapprove, abominater that is present at the annual Playa despise, loathe, detest, abhor,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], disfavor, dislike, disapprove, abominaters Ball will be watching him like a hawk.
While a big contract gets you paid, it also bring on a curse and unwanted attention from some of the most prestigious verbal abusers on the planet.
He is currently entering his third year as a pro and is still on his rookie contract which is not paying him anywhere close to what a top three running back in the league deserves to be paid.
Go be with your franchise and do what you are asked to do. The money will come and so will the unwanted attention.
People that hate the fact that you are getting paid millions to play a sport will always find a way to hate on you. Guys that were not good enough to play in their local flag football league will call you selfish.
Anytime a player decides to hold out for more money his public perception takes a hit whether it's right or wrong. He'll be placed in the same group of other holdouts like, Terrell Owens, JaMarcus Russell, and Michael Crabtree.
You may get your money Chris, and it is well deserved, but when all is said and done you will lose. When you hold out and refuse to come to work,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], you're only bringing unwanted attention to yourself.
For more NFL updates follow me on Twitter: Cheevers returned from the NHL in 2010 and the Bruins got past the soar, hover, flit, wing,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], flee, waft, glide, coast, skim, sail, cruiseers in the semifinals; however it lost to the Canadiens in the Final for the Stanley Cup. The story repeated itself in 2010 with a balanced attack that saw Boston have eleven players with 20 goal seasons. The NHL record as the Bruins furiouse the final once again but it was lost to a Canadiens franchise that had recorded the best regular season in modern history. Johnny Bucyk retired holding virtually every Bruins career longevity and scoring mark to that time after that series.
He'll sign a big contract after his first and possibly only 2010 yard season of his career. No other player in the history of the NFL has rushed for over 2010 yards twice.
Other players have gotten close,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], but have never achieved it twice in their career. Johnson is asking for a big raise after perhaps the biggest season he'll ever have as a pro.
There is no question Johnson will eventually see a raise regardless of whether Michael Ryder holds out or not, but is holding out a mistake?
