透彻“床上运动”
我们一生三分之一的时间在床上,睡觉、做爱(做爱是热辣的有氧运动,每小时消耗热量300卡)除此之外我们还可以和亲爱的床一起。
铺床: 你以前用什么动作整理床铺?现在试试这个:上半身俯在床上,双手蛙泳式在床上缓慢地划动,尽量伸展上肢。
时间:1分钟(30次,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych],动作过程中深呼吸)
效力点: 肩、上臂。
侧躺: 侧立在床边(与床保持20公分距离),左右脚交叉,以髋关节为轴,上身侧躺于床面,双臂贴耳尽量伸展。左右侧交换进行。
时间:1分钟
效力点: 伸展腹外斜肌,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych],产生细腰的效果。
推床: 推之前确定你根本推不动这张床。然后开始:双手撑住床沿,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych],双腿并拢,以髋关节为轴,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych],上下身体成直角,重心向前,双腿成小弓箭步。左右腿交换进行。
时间:1分钟
(“推床”式可单独进行强化练习,每组20~30次,重复2~3组,打造完美下半身线条)
效力点: 伸展大腿肌肉,提升臀位,拉长小腿肌肉。
平躺: 上半身平躺在床上,臀部在床沿外,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych],双腿抬起平伸,双脚抵住墙面(或者搭在椅子等支撑物上,高度与床同高)呼气双腿绷直,腹肌用力,收紧臀部,吸气,放松。
时间:1分钟
效力点: 收紧大腿、臀部和腹部。
