Philosophers are fabled to be indifferent to food. Earlier, Diogenes was known for the simplicity of his food. A legend tells he was criticised for eating in public. There are conflicting accounts as to what they were. Some claim he forbad the eating of animals, which were of service to man. Others, that he was a vegetarian. The Menu is ninety per cent raw, featuring,traditional, but vegan dishes. It has outdoor seating in this beautiful hill town on Samos.
