等我什么时候心情好了再说吧
至于这个。。。
已经好久没有开火了
汤汁的关键在于调料。要在水中加入“本みりん”的东西,中文翻译成甜料酒,北京华堂商场和永旺有卖的(这个。。。。不知道其他城市的大超市有没有)。还有酱油要用生抽,做出来的颜色才会漂亮。如果口重的话可再放一点盐。
2个人吃的话:
肥牛肉 120g切片
洋葱 半个切丝
汤的原料:
水 200毫升
生抽 2大勺
本みりん 1大勺
酒 1大勺
砂糖 2小勺
1.将各种调料加入水中烧开,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych],放洋葱丝,小火煮10分钟左右。
2.将肥牛肉片用开水焯一下,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych]。
3.将焯过的肥牛放入洋葱中,为了防止牛肉太老,不可煮的时间太长,只要肉变色了就关火。
4.盖上锅盖焖10分钟入味。
5.连汤带肉浇在米饭上就,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych]。。。。。大功告成啦。
偶尔的一次半次也只是炒个面(主食和菜菜都有了。。。)
