NaBH4 on Electroless CoFeB thin films and magnetic properties
oFeB film study. Found that changes in the concentration of reducing agent NaBH, the bath of electroless CoFeB concentration on the deposition rate, composition, structure and magnetic properties can have a significant impact. With NaBH concentration, deposition rate first increased then decreased, CoFeB thin film structure from amorphous into crystalline state; Co, Fe precipitation decline, increasing the amount of precipitation B; reduced saturation magnetization, coercivity H decreased. CoFeB amorphous thin films of magnetic sources is due to exchange interaction between neighboring atoms and the local magnetic anisotropy determined by this short-range order. References: [1] OsakaT.
