There is a new study that just came out talking about how our emotions can help us deal with stress,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], depression and overall happiness. It is basically saying that we need to appreciate our positive happy moments in a day and that the more we do that the more internal happiness we find,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], the better we are able to handle stress and those down and depressive times in our life.
We are all a product of what we feed ourselves, both emotionally and physically. The study points out that we all want to be happy, unfortunately many of us focus too much on the negative and don’t appreciate the positive. So often we get caught up worrying about yesterday and tomorrow

It weakens you, it weakens your immune system and makes it harder for you to deal with everyday stress…which makes you less fun to be around.
The same applies to foods that are considered destructive to your overall health such as; processed white flour, sugar and refined foods. The more you put those foods in your body the weaker your overall health becomes.
