1招主攻臀

2招主攻腰

3招主攻侧腰、腿
这个动作称为“埃及艳后”式,有效地练习侧腰肌和股四头肌。身体侧躺在垫上,右手扶地,右腿弯曲向后,左腿抬起伸直,左手保持埃及手势,要挺胸、挺腹、收紧臀部。
收腿、收腹、收手,然后再打开,反复练习,需换方向。
4招主攻大腿内侧
一般的腿部练习很不容易练到大腿的内侧,所以此部位需单独拿出来练习,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych]。
身体侧躺在垫上,右手扶地,左腿弯曲放在右腿的前面,同时抬起右腿,一定是直腿,反复练习,需换方向。
5招主攻腹
这个动作在埃及称为“仰卧起坐”,它和我们平时所做的正好相反,身体跪卧到垫子上,脸朝前,手和脚垂直于地面。
1.身体向上弓起,同时收紧腹部,呼气。
2.身体向上弯曲,同时展腹提臀,吸气。
